Email: If you have signed up to a Skyscraper service like a newsletter or put in a customer service request or used our online design or shopping facilities we will save your email address and display name to make it easier for us to contact you. We also have a policy not to spam your email with marketing. We will send you email newsletters if you have signed up for one. We do not add you to a mail list when signing up for any other service. The only way to sign up for a newsletter is to enter your email into a dedicated form. 

Online ordering: When you place an order online, we collect some data that you give to us to make it possible to contact you and to get your order to you on time. We save the following information: Full Name, Phone, Full address, Email, Item(s) ordered and the quantity, Payment method used, Total price of the order. 

Online payment: We accept many kinds of online payment for your convenience. We do save how much you have paid us and if you paid with a service like PayPal the email address you used. We are not given your personal card details from the processing company if you have paid with a Credit or Debit card. If you have paid with bank transfer, we do save your details in case we need to refund you. If you have paid with a Credit or Debit card, we are given the last 4 digits of your card however we do not store this in our personal records unless a refund was requested. If a refund was not requested the information is kept with the processing company. 

What is a 3rd party company? Skyscraper and its brands use 3rd party companies to provide its services.3rd party companies are companies that Skyscraper does not own. Skyscraper use these companies to provide services such as payment processing and advertising. These companies may have different privacy policies to ours. All the 3rd party companies that we use are well known brands like Paypal or Stripe.
